Is there a forum for trading tobacco

I was looking for an area on this forum for trading tobacco.  Is there a place here for this or is it outside of the rules for the forum?

Yes, 30 days and 30 posts is all that's required. Shouldn't be too hard if one is of a mind to make themselves a regular member of BoB.
