Would anyone have contact info for Kai Nielsen? I have a cute little pipe that was gifted to me with a crack or split in the bamboo shank. I'd like to ask him if he would repair/replace the bamboo.
I have an email address from his website and emailed him this past week and have not heard back. I'm not sure if the email is current.
Any help would be appreciated.
