Every team goes through a losing spurt. The biggest difference this year from the last two (or 22 - whose counting) is the pitching? Especially in the last 2 games, Locke and Cole were outstanding.

They do need to address the bats.

I think they are gonna turn it around. Or is it that living in Pittsburgh for 15 years that i have allowed the dreaded "Pirate optimism" seep in!
