Just bought my first non-cob, not sure if it's briar. It's a Lucienne P27. Cost me 20$. So far I'm liking it. It's seems fairly light as far a weight goes though. It came with a stinger, but that was easily popped out. Just wandering what your experience with Lucienne pipes are, and what you think of them? Thanks. :)

here is a pick.

Sir
I must say I never heard of this pipe. It does appear to be made of briar or at least wood. I say if it smokes good than by all mean let us Know I'm always looking for a good pipe at a great price. Happy smoking
Best Regards
Richard

Aparrently this is made of walnut wood, according to an article I found at pipesmagazine.com.

If it smokes well, that is all that matters then. You speak of temperamental..... try a bowl or two without the stinger!
Enjoy your new pipe!
