luxor pipes of st claude

Hi all I was wondering if any of you had heard of luxor pipes??? Im sure they are sconds based on there price $30-40 they are great smokers and was wondering who made them??? Or are they a production run for someone else??? The tobbaconist I bought them from is a pompus ass so full of himself he wouldnt tell me the mfg. I think he thought I was going to st claude to buy them all up . Any help you can give wiil be appreciated thanx Bob Clark
