mac baren mixture flake

I just got a couple of ounces of this at my local shop. It's as dry as a bone. Anyone have recommendations for "reconstituting" this tobacco. Also, once done, would it be too moist to tin and cellar?

place it in a bowl and put a damp towel over top,toss occasionally,,,

once desired moisture has been achieved jar it up
