I bought a 4 oz bag of this in 04 and jarred most of it leaving an ounce in a small jar to smoke. At that time I remember it being sweet but for my tastes not a lot of flavor and just put it back in storage. I tried this jar recently and thought it may have developed some and to my taste very little, it is still very sweet.

I read one review on TR.com that said it "...Seems to be the flake version of [Fragrant Mature Cake] 2000." I ain't too much into sweet stuff, but a flake variant of 2000 would be nice. I'll have to get my hands on a little bit, maybe get some to age.
