It does not take long for one to wander down the Internet-brick road to find some real gems...
...these were taken from a blog about Michael Parks... some of my coveted favorites:
(blog link here... http://tobaccodays.com/michael-parks-quintessential-elegance-whether-rugged-or-smooth/ )
Anyway, just daydreaming. Don't mind me.
It's come to my attention that I'm refining my "random pipe grabbing" nature into gravitating strongly toward freehand, blowfish and whale-type pipes. Which I may start aiming my serious collecting toward.
Searches like these have really gotten me more privy to the idea that if I want to become even a modest/hobby pipecarver, boy do I have a long way to go. Seems even further now. I suppose we all get giddy just because we finally "complete a pipe" (incomparably; carving kit that was pre-drilled and just needed the final touches), but these give a level of completion to aspire to!
