need help

Trying to find out if this is a JT Cooke pipe.Only markings on it is on the underside of the shank.It says "Cooke Handmade" Any info will be greatly appreciated. I hope the picture quality is good enough to tell what it is .

There's no way for me to know for sure, but my guess would be that it is not a J.T. Cooke pipe.
