I received a small bottle of this oil from a friend.

Do the brothers recommend the use of it on vulcanite stems please?

A drop on vulcanite will keep a black stem black. Oxidation will need to be cleaned up before application.

I use it. It can't do miracles, but it works very well for keeping a recently-polished stem black and shiny.

Far better than plain old olive oil, but there appears to be some more than anecdotal evidence that regular use (rubbed in briskly, etc,) will actually remove light oxidation.
