Best damn Xmas ever?? Pretty close...photos forthcoming but my first half-bowl was exquisite. Smoked like a dream...once I get it all broke in I'll decide if this is the best pipe I own but at this point, just WOW! Seems almost to good to be true.. :santa:

Finally - pix of the new Pete!







I've been extremely impressed with the smoking qualities of this pipe even with the P-Lip...something strange though, the stem is crooked! Looks like it was leaned a bit while still hot and it has a slight curve to it...no matter though, it doesn't seem to affect the smoke-ability!

The grain pattern of this briar is beautiful though too...I really love this pipe!

I recently bought a Pete 306 in the fishtail mouthpiece. Your right, they do smoke like a dream and a great price. Can't beat them!
