Peterson P-lip to Fish tail modification...

I bought Peterson #302 standard system pipe with a P-lip stem about a week ago thinking this will be the end of tongue bite for me, well after several smokes I found it worse than tongue bite, it was scorching the roof of my mouth which was even more painful than the tongue bite, so I debated on selling it but decided to take my chances and modify the stem myself, with excellent results in my opinion...https://2img.net/r/ihimg/photo/my-images/254/img0186vp.jpg/ https://2img.net/r/ihimg/photo/my-images/815/img0161s.jpg/ so if anyone has a P-lip and doesn't like it this can be done fairly easily so you can enjoy the pipe, I help this helps someone

I recently ordered a 312, but in my search I came across a place that sold replacement stems - you can buy the fishtail or the p-lip as a replacement. I think it was about $12? I don't recall the site, but I'm sure it would be easy to find. You can buy the pipes with either stem, so it only makes sense that you can get either as a replacement.
