Many of you are probably aware of this already, but i just signed the petition and it indicates that I am only the 63rd person in Mississippi to sign it.

Gentlemen, your advocacy is very noble, but this was true when Rad wrote it, and it is still true.

It didn't make it out of committee according to this:

HR4439 died in committee, and the Congress into which it was introduced has ended.

I think it wise to stop fighting the Battle of New Orleans about this, and save our energies for future, similar legislation.

Thans Doc. I went on to the link Rad posted but the only thing I found that was tobacco relate was a bill for taxing the hell out of "Bandits"- type smokeless. Individual portions of smokeless...
