Pipe Identification Help

[Smokin' Blues]

Could someone please help me with the Identification of this pipe? The only markings it has are on the left side of the shank it says Christmas 1992, and has a white outline of a christmas tree on the left side of the stem. It also has France stamped on the bottom of the stem. Here are some pics, but they are not very good quality. This pipe (as many others I have in my collection) belonged to my father, so it is well used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
