Please help.

I found this lighter at a swap meet and purchased it for next to nothing because it would not light.

I love the Copper cladding and figured I could send it in to be repaired.

The problem is, I have been over every inch of this lighter inside and out, and I can't find any kind of maker's mark or model number.  So, I have no idea who to send it to for repair.

It is a butane lighter with an electrostatic spark.

Anyone have any idea who made it?
