Poppers

Stuffed a dozen Jalapenos with shredded XXX Cheddar and cream cheese mixed together, wrapped them in bacon and smoked them until the bacon was crispy. Should have made more,,,DUH,,,

It's better to have Jalapeño poppers and not need them, than to need Jalapeño poppers and not have them. 8)

I have a bumper crop this year. They seem to like the warm weather and bad ground water. My tomatoes not so much.
