My daughters husband has gotten heavily into brewing his own beer. I mean he's got a bundle invested in it. I really like his Irish Reds and English stouts but he just recently entered one of his receipes in a contest and won 3rd prize. The two that finished ahead of him were breweries. I had a bottle of it today, a whisky aged oak dark beer. It was amazing! It was a little less heavy than Guinness but simply wonderful to the taste buds. I enjoyed it with a bowl full of Balkan Sasieni in my BC. Made a hectic day end wonderfully. If he keeps this up his hobby may turn into a profession. I'm one lucky Father-in-law. :cheers:
