Heading down to Myrtle Beach for a 4 day conference. Any recommended pipe 'baccy shops down there?

You will be right next to Smokinpipes, they are in Little River SC which is next to Myrtle Beach. Check their web site for an address www.smokinpipes.com

Smoking Pipes is definitely the place.

Go to the Tinder Box. It's near the Planet Hollywood. They usually have a good selection and the pipe room is staffed by actual pipe smokers and tobacco blenders who mix up the house blends. Try the house "Bing's Favorite" if they still carry it(the ones in Charlotte do). It's a Virginia with Deer Tongue and a very nice smoke.

They also have an outstanding humidor if you're also into cigars.

Like the earlier posts said the smokingpipes.com guys are just up a spell in Little River. Easy to get to and find. Hard to beat those guys.
