RIP Fellow Pipe Smoker

Don't know if any of you fellow pipe smokers are into knives, but the knife community lost a great man today. Derrick Bohn owner of Knives Ship Free passed away unexpectedly. Some of my knives in my collection came from KSF. Derrick was a husband, father, pastor, pilot, and business owner as well as a pipe smoker. He will be missed.

Sorry to hear this. Didn't know he was a pipe smoker but his KSF business was tops in my humble opinion.
May he rest in peace.

I thought so highly of him that I used to drive a fair piece to his shop when it was in Hillsboro, Oregon. And I have more than a few knives and sheaths that I bought from him. The wallet I carry is of his design. I was really sorry to see him move out of this area...and now, even more sorry to learn that he’s moved on for good. He will definitely be missed.
