Gentlemen;
For quite sone time, I have been attempting to collect the JR edition of the Shurlock Holmes
collection.They are a smaller version of the original collection. although they are smaller in size, they exhibit the same high quality as the original series.
For comparison, the Deerstalker (center) original, the pipes on the ends are jr's.
the jr's are somewhat raer, they were only produced for a short period of time.

Man, I really like the bent on the right with the faux cumberland stem. What markings are on it? Does it have a shape number on it?

Puff Daddy;

The pipe on the right is stamped,Dublin Castle, shape # 221. The cumberland stem is
stamped hand cut, and is made to use 9mm filters.Has a 1992 Hallmark.

The Pipe on the left is stamped Sherlock Holmes. The band is stamped K&P
with a 1992 Hallmark. Really nice grain on both pipes.

Love me some Petes and the SH series is on the top of my list.

Have but two right now-

Mycroft Dublin. About 10 yrs old. One fine smoker. One of my faves.

Hopkins. Brand new. Have yet to christen it.

Nice looking pipes!

Cheers,

RR
