These 100g tins do not appear to be very air tight. Should the tobacco be removed from the tins and place in masons jars for the cellar?

The 100 tins aren't sealed, the flakes are in a "sealed" bag inside,,,(at least the ones I jarred today),,,I'm not impressed with their cellophane wrap, especially for long term storage,,,,maybe I'm paranoid, but I remove the tobacco and jar it,,,,definitely,,,

Great tobacco, yet there is no sense to be made of the packaging.
