Some Poems I Wrote "Different Shades Of Smoke/Ghost Warden"

HI Brothers,

I wasnt sure if this was the 'right" thread to post these but it seemed the best so..

Anyway, here are a couple poems I wrote last night/early this morning. I havent really written anything in a while but they kinda "popped" into my head (as they usually do/did back in the day) and I decided to share.

Here they are:

Different Shades Of Smoke

Cured leaf thoughts
rise from the mind
of my coloring Meer.

Leaving traces
of their existence

lingering

On the invisible
currents
of Life's
breath.

Ghost Warden

Keys and pipe
worn by years of
use and purpose,

sit beside their keeper
on a
time
stained
table.

Waiting for a hand

That will never
call on them
again.

Pipes tend to get the brain working as it was designed to do in the individual. Don't ever be too shy to share.

I'm no poetry fan/critic, but it obviously meant something to ya--that matters.

Pipe Warden hit an empty spot in my heart. I liked it a lot.
