Hey boys and girls...look what uncle Blackhorse found! You all know how much I like wood and steel. Here's a little goodie I picked up using the Home Depot gift Card I got for Father's Day. If we ever have to do a mop up action, I'm takin' this along. 

The eagle logo thing is a sticker and comes right off. I'll likely paint over the bare steel "ESTWING" thing to match the black paint on the rest of the handle. It's also possible that I'll sand the shiny coating on the leather handle off - need to do a little more research on that one - I could put melted beeswax leather waterproofer on it and then burnish it til shiny. Just a thought. Gotta fiddle with stuff.

Dam, thats an axe boss! Worked at home depot for a few years and don't remember anything as cool as that while I was there. They had one of the deomolition hammers that was pretty cool:

Shenanigans I cry! Just checked the tracking for my bombing delivery, and says it will be delivered the 16th of August! I must have earned the ire of the postal gods. So much for "priority" mailing :x . I am thinking that being associated with Brother Blackhorse has something to do with it, just sayin...:face:
