Thoughts on Peterson silver caps

Hi all,

Just curious on opinions on whether or not these pipes are worth the premium? How do they smoke?

I've got 4 silver capped Petersons. Don't kid yourself, it's just a Peterson, no better or worse than the others. What makes the difference in price is very nicely grained briar and the addition of silver by their full time silversmith. The silver can get hot while smoking so I like it on larger pipes that give me plenty of briar to hold.
