Tower pipes

I recently bought an unused Tower pipe. A billiard type with scratches on the bowl and a seriously oxydiced stem. With the use of sandpaper and two types of toothpaste it now shines and smokes very good.
I have been searching the net for any information on this brand. So far without luck.

Does anybody here know anything, a link or something?
