Hi Folks,

I couldn't find any reliable info on the web regarding the highest grades of Tsuge Ikebana series and Joura pipes.
I currently have an Ikebana H grade. What is the highest grade letter?
I also have a Joura pipe, which in addition to a B stamping, has an egg in a circle that somewhat looks like Saturn....

I would appreciate your input.

Thanks

HS

I've seen an "M" grade Ikebana for sale online, but an "H" grade is the highest I've seen firsthand.
As for Joura, I couldn't say.

Hank,
According to Lopes, Tsuge Ikebana pipes are graded (ascending) from "A" to "J".

Joura pipe grading for the Infinity series (ascending) from "A" to "E". The symbols that he uses denotes the origin of the briar used. A star for Corsican, a tobacco plant for Sardinian, or a leaf for Southern France.
Hope this helps,
Andy

Thanks, Andy....The symbol on the Joura pipe doesn't look like any of those. It is on my site, if you want to take a look at it.
