Made a batch of beer the other night. Just threw together what ingredients I had laying around. Consisted of:

Steeping grains:
-200g of Dark Caramel
-500g of Vienna

Malt extracts
-3kgs of Breiss Golden Light
-250g of Breiss Amber dried malt extract

Hops
-1oz of Fuggle (45 minutes)
-0.5oz of Fuggle (15 minutes)
-Irish moss (last 15 minutes)

Yeast
-Safale 04

It is in primary now...next week when i transfer to secondary I will throw in the remaining 0.5oz of Fuggle hops for a dry hop.

Not sure how it will turn out. Any predictions? I riffed on a recipe I had found for something called a Welsh Archer ale...substituting for the ingredients I had.

It looks like you've made a decent red ale. Kudos on dry hopping. Ive always felt dry hopping malty beers are great and SA04 is a reliable great yeast.
