Anyone else making plans to go?

Sat/Sun Nov 3/4
Palace Station Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas

I have to plan things out as early as possible so I can set aside vacation time, coordinate with the ex, etc. I'm planning to go, and since it's Sat/Sun, I won't have to take vacation time to attend (unless I want to arrive early for, say, a BoB meetup/dinner on friday?)!

I might even have another infusion of investment funds for a pipe by then...
 
I sure wish the Fresno show would come back, Vegas is so darned far from Sacramento... You have all these pipe shows west of the mississippi, and only one on the west coast. Sad.
 
I put in my dinner reservation and reserved a room. I would have booked a flight, but Southwest isn't booking out that far yet.
 
I plan on going again this year. Will get in Thursday afternoon, and stay through Sunday. If I can get some pipes made, I'll get a table.
 
I want to go.

I'm going to be in Vegas in just a few weeks, though. If I can swing another trip, I'll do it!
 
I'll be there again for one of the best, if not The Best show of the year. Each and every year the show gets better and it's a fun time to meet folks from the left coast. Steve O'Neill does an incredible job of organizing this show and a more gracious host you'll never meet. Last year we spent almost a week in Vegas, and this year will be the same.

I may have to plan on taking more time off than I thought. Is this time spent prepping and setting up the show? If so, is there any way I could help?

No this is not time spent on the show, this is selfish time we spend wandering the strip; visiting with other friends from room to room, imbibing some fine single malts, smoking to excess, etc. etc.
Truly a week of over indulgence with pipe, tobacco, liquor, or whatever other vices in which we care to partake!!! LOL.

I thought I should refresh this topic. I'll be attending, along with a couple of other yeggs from Reno. I was able to attend last year for a brief visit, as it was the weekend of my son's wedding. That brief visit convinced me to make a return to the show this year, so that I can really look & visit. Also, any other Brothers attending the event dinner on Saturday?

Let me stop in a moment and say "Hi!", and let everyone know that I'm attending the show, and I'll be at the dinner Saturday night.

I know I haven't been around much. Life is kicking my butt, and it'll be nice to get away for this weekend.
 
I will be there. I won't be at the dinner as I cannot afford it, but will be around and look forward to meeting you all. Still looking for a car pool which will cut down gas expense.

There's been little talk of who on BoB is going as of recently. I'm not, sadly, but who else is for sure?
