Saw George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic last night.

Old George is sure old (mid 70s), and he's traded his psychedelic hair for double-breasted suits. His voice ain't what it used to be, but his band is phenomenal and his energy is impressive.

Awesome! When I was much younger I used to listen to Maggot Brain with headphones on in bed, often time falling asleep to it. I love that record. Parliament was awesome too, but I always favored the Eddie Hazel eletric guitar centric Funkadelic material.
