That kinda stuff happens here every time we hava a huge rain. Sewer system hasn´t caught up with the size of the city. We'll have lakes on the Periferico (highway which circles the city) and there's always the brave soul who'll try to drive through it in his Nissan ot VW bug. He usually ends up stranded with water up to his windows until it finally drains. :roll:
