Whatever happened to Pipe Smokers Intelligencer?

Do any here remember the Pipe Smokers Intelligencer website?

I remember it as a source of timely updates on the legislative front with a bias FOR our avocation. Then without fanfare, it seemed to change and was under the ownership of some MD and took a middle--of-the-road vantage. A few months ago it only displayed a generic home page, now it shows a page which my AV software catches and warns as malware laced (and I decline to view as a consequence)

Inquiring minds are wondering.

Today's date but no updates since mid 2012? Something is definitely wrong. This Dr Siegel (an anti-T guy) was never on the site before it went off the reservation.
