I used to enjoy a pipe then it turned to i had to have a pipe it went from 2 or 3 times a day to 12 or more times a day It is now an addiction pipes are not to be a addiction but a enjoying hobby right or wrong I found out that I don't need a pipe that much I found that 1 to 2 times a day as a end of the day reward is enough it's funny how your body reacts to to much of something and how fast it fixes the issues after you slow it to much of a good thing is a bad thing I come to see my circulation is not right undid my research and found burley perique and latakia is the worst for that ND I have been smoking 100 percent of them kinds and wanted to know if any one else have thought about this or desided to slow due to bad circulation in there body just things I have thought of
