I read about so many tobacs on TobaccoReview but cannot find a lot of them.
Is there a search engine or site that can help locate these ?

General search engines. There are only a few good online retailers so you quickly get an idea of what's available and what's not.

For me it would be nice if tobaccoreviews.com would say whether a particular tobacco is a. no longer made; b. not imported into the US anymore/not since 200x; c. only available in country x or from B&M x; d. Is a renamed blend of x or a renamed blend of x and y;

Dennis, if there's a particular blend that you can find no information maybe someone on the board can help.

Totally agree and I see that SOME blends do in fact have a "no longer in production" or "discontinued blend" added to them. But, I also find it absent in far more cases then present. Of course, it is difficult to keep such information correct and there is the complication that some blends change distribution so they leave some countries but remain available in others.

Dennis, when I'm looking or info on a blend's availability I either check one of the following vendors, or do a Google for "BRAND BLEND pipe tobacco". Generally in the first ten or so hits I'll find a discussion or notice that it is long gone.

Good hunting!

Dennis, here's a fairly comprehensive listing of on-line suppliers. If you can't find what you're looking for here, chances are it's not available. But, as Jim says, it never hurts to ask if you have something specific in mind.
