Good morning,
Smoking an Oldenkott with Lane LL-7 tobacco. decaf coffee.
wife stayed home from work today-very unusual,told me last night shes rundown and cant seem to stay awake?
shortness of breath without congestion. very concerned here...

EZ, is it possible that the tension and stress between you and your boss at your job is affecting her emotionally? That might account for the sense of tiredness. Sometimes mental stress makes us more tired than physical activity. Keeping you and her in our prayers and hope all turns out okay.
 
It was a rookie morning. Very nice, clear, bright sun morning, but I packed the bowl like crap and could not remedy it. Leaf in the airhole. Battled it the entire way, and I finally gave up. An Italian straight with Luxury Navy Flake. That's alright, though. Battling a little anxiety, distracted, and my heart wasn't in it.
 
Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2021 KBV Your Welcome in a straight smooth dark brown 1930s (Comoy’s) Canadian Club 230 eight paneled billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Just got back from the Cardiologist office/hospital. Cardiologist and I spoke on the phone,Wife was not to happy about that. I drove her over to see him- He wanted to see her immediately. he noticed her breathing problem and asked her if she slept last night because she looked terrible. I told him she had slept 12 hours. While waiting for them to set up the EKG machine,He questioned her about thyroid problems. The EKG results were not horrible,but he said certain patterns are a cause for concern. He decided that she needed to be admitted to the hospital to do a test to see if she if she has a new blockage . she had a couple of stents done 3 or so years ago. Sadly her whole family has a history of heart issues. Some of which are no longer with us because of their inability to take this seriously....
I believe I did the right thing,no matter what she says,Hey,it would not be the first time I am in the doghouse.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am close to finishing this bowl of C&D Virginia Gentleman in a straight smooth dark brown pre-1940s Comoy’s Jost’s Olde English Supreme J299 billiard with a black tapered vulcanite stem.

Half way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This was the blend Basil Rathbone smoked.

I'm enjoying Charring Cross in a Peterson System Rusticated 303 and enjoying the aroma of Japanese fried rice my wife is cooking to accompany seared salmon.

OK,guys great news.Just got off the phone with the cardio Dr. My wife has had the procedure done and required 4 new stents,He said it went very well and she`s in recovery.He told me as precautionary measure he would like to keep her there overnight to monitor her,which I agreed to. I am going to take the high road here... no gloating,or I told you so.
I am not going to mention any of the crap she put me thru this morning as I believe in my heart that God was guiding me... Broke out a 15 dollar cigar to celebrate with. LOL!
