Late start today, looks like Jim and I had similar nights, sleep-wise. Wonder if it was a full moon, I actually do have sleep issues that correlate loosely with the lunar cycle. Checked it, way off so it must be something else. Prepped a quarter flake of Va Slices. Having some in my Rossi with coffee. Gloomy/dreary here today, I hope you all have it better.

Smoking this as well. I love the vanilla aros and have some great name brands but I really, really love this blend as it is kinda a vanilla aro when your not having a vanilla aro.
Not sure if its classed as a codger smoke over there but I love it. I Keep it in the fridge.

Is it generally recommended to store tobacco in the fridge when one is keeping a large quantity?

Good Day!
Started chores late and made a k-cup of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and loaded GLP Westminster into a Diplomat with a vulcanite stem.

As soon as I sat down a neighbor knocked on the door, I started a pot of Yirgacheffe and we chatted for quite a while. Now I'm smoking GH DVC in an MM Morgan.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking Two Friends Homeward Bound in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer billiard with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Hoping to finish this review soon.

A nice day in the Bluegrass. I’m sitting out on the patio, reading a book, volume 1 of Nick Needham’s 5 volume church history (granted, not everyone’s cup of tea), drinking Kirkland Summit Roast coffee, and enjoying Mac Baren Golden Extra in my Barling bent acorn. Life is good.

Now smoking Seattle Pipe Club Give Me Liberty in a straight smooth medium brown pre-1920 straight Marechal Ruchon & Cie. Royale apple with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink. My weekly pipe zoom starts at the top of the hour. Sleepy Suzy is by my side and highly affectionate because there's no competition. Molly Danger is snoozin' in the bed room, and none of the ferals are inside.

I've been watching Life on our Planet, narrated by Morgan Freeman this weekend on Netflix. It's a miniseries covering global evolution, and I've enjoyed a few pipes watching it. Had the rest of the VS I prepped earlier in my MMBB while I watched a couple of episodes this afternoon. Nice way to spend a gloomy day. Going to fix some OP in my Falcon and enjoy another before dinner.

I store mine like any other dry goods-cool, dry, dark, and sealed. what I have out for use stays in a spring capped sealer. AlphaWarrior had the proper name for these but I have inconveniently forgotten it.

PS: Found it, he called it a "hermalique jar".

Close to finishing this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Ready Rubbed in a 2015 Ryan Alden quarter bend burgundy sandblasted Queen of Hearts freehand with a black acrylic saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Relaxing after a wonderful orange roughy and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've a third of a bowl left of KBV Noble Aztec in a 2002 IMP smooth full bend egg shaped meer with a black acrylic saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
