I decided this morning to give it a little drying time and another shot. Much, much better. I'm getting lots of toasted sorts of flavor, and less, for a lack of a better phrase, hot flavors. We'll see if it's a keeper once I finish the tin.

Tried grapefruit juice...that was a mistake. So far, I'm a fan of english breakfast or Prince of Wales tea with a splash of soymilk, or, as I'm doing at the moment, straight chocolate soymilk.
