Has anyone aged a tin of Samuel Gawith's full virginia flake? If so, how is it? How long did you let it age?

Like everytime I smoke my pipe I get a gargle like half way down the bowl, and for some reason sours the end of the bowl. Do I just need to become more careful about keeping my tongue away from the stem?

Some cheep basket pipes have a "p-lip" look-a-like stem

This is my first attempted pipe making project. Teamed up with a fellow BoB (Blackhorse). For my first pipe I think it came out great. Love the grain, and I love the contrast of color between the bowl and stem. Took way longer than I thought, but totally worth it. Cannot thank Blackhorse...

Recently aquired Stanwell Bulldog. A couple scratches in the bowl due to over reeming but overall a great pipe, sits in my mouth amazingly. Love it

has anyone smoked the Dunhill Virginia Flake?

I just picked up some Erinmore Flake, and some Escudo Navy Deluxe. i have not tried the Erinmore yet (i will smoke that tonight) but I tried the Escudo Navy Flake and it was very good

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on some good Virginias to smoke. I have REALLY been into Orlik Golden Sliced so if anyone has any suggestions on some tasty virginias please leave them, and I will be sure to pick them up. I am making a run to my local tobacconist tomorrow.
