    McClelland 40th Anniversary

I opened one of them.. hell, I could kick the bucket tomorrow so...really nice Virginia... I like the jelly jar idea...sure does make me miss McClelland....I'm not a long time smoker so I have to ask... are there any other blends that are reminiscent of their Virginia's?

    McClelland 40th Anniversary

I was fortunate enough to score 2 tins of this back when it was available and had actually forgotten about it until I was doing some closet cleaning a couple of days ago.... my question is... do I age them both or open one now? I know Virginias are supposed to get better with age... I loved...

    Bulk Va/Per blends?

Thanks for the responses!! The McClelland 2015 definitely sounds like something I would like as I love regular McClelland Virginias... I will ultimately probably end up trying all of these... I'm on a kick for this stuff...

    Bulk Va/Per blends?

I have discovered Escudo Navy Deluxe and I'm burning through tins like crazy but I'm looking for a bulk offering that I can buy that's similar... Any suggestions?

    Drying tobacco...

I laid an aromatic out on paper on the stovetop and turned my oven on yesterday... Definitely dried it out some but as previously stated here, some of the flavoring seemed to dissipate... Catch 22...

    Drying tobacco...

Is there a best way to dry tobacco out? Seems like no matter how long I let some tobacco air dry, it always seems to moist and burns hot and bitter or steams... some of the Boswell aromatics that I have I can sit out one or two days and it's still too moist. Suggestions?

    What are you smoking?

Hobbit's Weed in a MM cob... I'm not big on aromatics usually but this one floats my boat...

Looking for help identifying "salt" in a flavor profile

I have been looking for this myself... Found it in one of the Tsuge God series tobacco but can't remember which one... Briny, salty, zesty...not campfire... I get hints of it in London Mixture but can't seem to find a tobacco that hits those notes for me..

Drew Estate MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured

Love the MUWAT but the KFC missed the mark for me... Personal opinion though.... +1 on the Spectre... Nice cigar... I'm a Perdomo man myself....

    breathing with the pipe

I have recently experimented with this method and it has increased my enjoyment immensely... I was scorching through everything way too fast and my tongue was paying for it... Not only do I get a cooler smoke, the flavors really shine through... More relights? Sure, but it's worth it to...
