Had some drama feeding Sleepy Suzy because Tomato the Brave wanted to eat, too, and neither Suzy or Molly Danger will eat if a feral is near. I put them out, but Suzy was too upset to eat. Well, when she gets hungry again I'll make sure the ferals are outside first.

It’s later in the evening and Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger did a bit of eating. After that, Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave ate and were followed by Abner the Eager. Tomato wanted to go out, and when he did, I heard the familiar moaning cry from the unnamed bushy tailed striped cat. I brought Tomato back inside, but the bushy feral wouldn’t come back until I went in the house. It’s taken me a while to figure out that whenever one of the ferals want outside, it’s mostly because they sense another feral is around. I look through the window when they go out, and watch them patrol the deck looking to see who is out there.

Tomato laid on my lap longer than he ever has. He got plenty of attention. When I had to feed Sleepy Suzy again, I put him on m’lady’s lap. After Suzy ate, she got in front of the chair, stared at Tomato and jumped up there. Neither one was happy to be together and a little hissing match commenced. After that, they settled down and stayed for a short while. That’s a new development.

Last smoke of the day is Watch City Queequeg’s Moby Dick Series in a slight bend smooth brown post WWII 1940s Sasieni Ivory 101 Westminster diplomat with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Just fed three ferals and my cats. Still have a few things to do.

Good morning everybody. Today I thought I'd start by filling a bowl of Petersons Early Morning pipe, in a Pete Atlantic 01, with a very large cappuccino on the side.
When I was choosing my tamper of the day, it occurred to me, that I have so many of them (over 60). That they deserve thier own display stand. At the moment they are kept in 2 large plastic biscuit boxes. So I think when Mrs Z gets back from the shops, I will get her to settle me into my workshop. Where I will spend the day making a display case. As always my friends, have yourselves a great day 😀

Good morning all. A fairly pleasant 38 this morning with no wind. First smoke is CS Figgy Pudding in a Calabresi bent brandy with CR morning coffee. Fixed the javelina damage to the berm yesterday and refilled the feeders so the birdies are happy. Heading to the ranch in a while to check on our boys. Then back to take wife to the ortho doc for follow up on her surgery. Physical therapist coming to the house at 3. Gonna be a busy day.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Coffee from a freshly opened bag of Lavazza Perfetto, neat, is my drink.

I'm up. Curmudgeonly though, having some black tea maybe an english breakfast blend of some sort. Gonna fill the Brigham with some Mark Twain and see if that perks me up. Chemical dependencies are the worst. Received the dishwasher arm and it fits, running a small load to see if it works.

Trying the Big and Burley again. Still trying to figure out what I can mix with this to smooth it out. I have some Smokers Pride vanilla cavendish thats been cellered for over a year. May try that. Earl Gray tea aside. Then up to In N Out for burger. Wife's choice and fine by me as I won't have to cook. Lol.

Just finished feeding three ferals, Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger, and this bowl of year 2019 C&D Derringer in a late 1890s, early 1900s straight smooth brown unbranded billiard with an A&D silver cap and ferrule with a tapered amber stem and orific bit.

I had an MM Apple Diplomat filled with GLP Westminster after noon chores and before shoveling. It kept me company while trying to connect a Bluetooth headset to a Roku set. We're picking tonight, started with baked brie, now resting with GH DVC in an MM Let Freedom Ring Rob Roy while awaiting roasted brussel sprouts.
