Cool! I once had a friend who wrote for one of the Anniston newspapers.

I'm honestly surprised at how many of us Alabamians there are on this site. I rarely run into other pipesmokers around here, but to see more than one on a nationwide pipe forum seems, to me, a rare thing indeed.

Ok, not to keep bumping up my "welcome" thread, but I have noticed other Alabama people on here as well, besides the folks posting in this thread.

We seriously need to start some sort of Alabama pipesmokers club. I'm being serious.
