It's certainly suitable for framing if ya ask me.  ;)

And it looks as tasty as a Genoa sausage Mmm Good!
 
Pretty neat, but I question if they actually corded every roll ! Seems like a monumental amount of work. They sure don't cord rolls today, just send em through the rolling press and out they pop.
 
Very interesting ... and, by sheer coincidence, I just finished a bowl of Escudo ...
