Hello all. So in April 2010 I looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I was "obese" 5'10" 270lbs (122.5kg for my RSA brothers). Now, I have been fat for as long as I can remember. I remember wearing sweatpants to school eveyday in the 5th grade because they fit no matter what size I was.....I digress.
April 15th I went down to the main road, a gravel lane up the side of a mountain, and started walking. I felt good enough so in a couple days i started jogging. I lost a few pounds and started running. Now I run 2 miles 4 times a week. Between that and watching my food (I have been using the glycimic index) i am down to 198 (89.8Kg) after 5 months.

So any of the brothers here run for fitness or sport? How do you like to run? A leisurely jog, or running like you stole something?
What kind of exercise do you do, if you do any at all?
