Made in a slow cooker on low overnight. Topped with honey made by a neighbor and fresh pecan halves. I made enough to jar and keep in the fridge. Just nuke leftovers for roughly 2.5 minutes and your ready to eat. Not only healthy but delicious when dressed up!! Add your favorite fruits.

Amazing what can be cooked in a crockpot. The oats stayed moist and creamy yet you still had that nut like crunch to the tooth. I only stirred the pot one time in between. I always make extra to heat in a microwave for the next few morning breakfasts.

KEEP ON SLOW COOKING!!!
