Stores (4 Nogs) have recently changed their website and their new platform is flawed; it was impossible for me to complete the shipping address on my laptop. After an hour of fiddling I finally gave up, and reverted to my iPhone. All to say...

Which browser did you use?  Sometimes there are flaws based solely on the browser used.
