Putting together a pipe notebook/journal item as one of my bombs for our target this month...need you arty types to help me pick an avatar-like character as my addition to the blank pages, here and there in the thing, using pen & ink.

Dinosaur (with lotsa teeth...not like Barney)
Fish (steam punk versions)
Moonlight Foxes (like Japanese folk tale)
Insects (either natural of Sci Fi versions)
Spirits (as Studio Ghibli type characters)
Sea Monster (you know...lotsa tenticles)
Incoming B-25 Bomber(s)
Robots from beyond the deep (whatever)
