ever wondered where shellac is made? how it is made? what is in it?


I remember selling the shellac flakes when I worked in a hardware when I was 15yo. I think they used it for french polishing and do remember someone telling me that it was beetle shit back then :LOL:

I really like this, and saved it to favorites. I want to make a pipe from US origin black cherry, and have the wood.
Its a beauty DIY hey. I find when there is no talking on these types of videos my brain does better to concentrate. I would love to make one, one day out of an native aussie tree but haven't looked into one type to use yet.(y)
