What is Your Favorite Cornell & Diehl Blend?

I've been away for almost a month and still the posts are coming in on C & D. One of the more common general statements I read is that their blends are so good - again, I've only tried one (was interested in the organic blend they seemed to have no luck with) - that there is something for everyone. In many cases, quite a few blends that agree with the individual smoker.

I'm going to try and settle on an evening smoke. Maybe something like Peterson's Old Dublin, if I can find a C & D in bulk, interesting enough for the early to late evening. Any suggestions are welcome ... love reading the comments!
