Passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Pfeifen Huber Virginia Golden Flake in a 1938 smooth straight brown patent Dunhill R 115 bowling ball apple with a tapered cumberland stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Jim, I was looking at the Wilke's website, I'd like to get their peanut butter and Lizzie blood red orange I think it's called. I gather you helped blend peanut butter. Are they all pretty good or is there something else I'm missing out on in their catalog?

I had Luxury Bullseye Flake in a Mastro Geppetto Rusticato, then MB Cherry Ambrosia in a Kirsten Designer.
The Peanut Butter as well as the Peanut Butter and Chocolate were my ideas, so yeah, I would recommend them even if I don't profit from them. I certainly recommend the Lizzie Blood Virginia, which is an underrated VaPer with a very mild blood orange topping.

If you want a stronger VaPer, try Back Bay. A strong Bur/Per is Wall Street. Both have 40% perique, and were my ideas. His latest blends are worth getting: Mediterrarean Nights, Dark Oriental, Red Oriental and the very soon-to-be released Vice Cat all have varying amount of Macedonia Prilep, Turkish and maduro cigar. The last one has a couple of pinches of DFK.

I also recommend Maple Plum Spice which has a fair amount of perique.

Go to Tobacco Reviews and see if any fit your desire.

Sutliff ready rubbed match in the same cob. Put a piece of tubing from Ace Hardware on the stem for a softy.Made a rough tamper out of a piece of dead dogwood limb from my yard. This is a hard dense wood. I often pick up twigs in my yard for tamping. Nature's own pipe tamper.View attachment 9952
Just the other day I went out to the back porch to have a pipe, and forgot my tamper. I just looked around on the ground, found a stick, and was like, "yeah, that'll do." LOL

I thought I was being low rent, but I was too lazy to go back inside and look.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am not far from finishing this bowl of year 2016 Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown post-1964 Parker Super Bruyere 88/F group 3 bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Cleaning a few pipes.

Nah, not low rent, but maybe just enjoying the simplicity of a pipe. I think I'm a codger at heart. I grew up around tobacco (baccer) men and was one, in that I farmed it. I've seen those old guys go into a barn of cured hanging tobacco, press a number of leaves together, and cut out a square with their pocket knife. This was for rolling a smoke, and their paper was brown grocery bags. As a young man, I tried that once and it was really strong, as expected. I didn't pass out.

Best of the rest Aromatic in a Savinelli Leonardo da Vinci. @Zippo, does your sav look like mine? What a nice shape, huh? View attachment 9965
Hi Charley.
It's not too dissimilar. A slightly different bowl. But it's one I love to smoke. Mine is 74/500, what is yours out of interest 🤔

Good morning fellow BoBs. This morning it's Zippos fav Hobbits Weed in a Sav Hercules 606EX bent billiard with Costa Rican coffee. Probably time for one more short bowl before we head out to the ranch. Wifey wants to hit the trail early today. Going to explore a new trail around Granite Mountain that we haven't done before. Going to be a nice day. Sunny and high of 72. Have a great day my friends.

Good Morning / Afternoon my Friends and fellow BoBs. Today I'm going to Join my good mate Ranger with (as he said) my favourite Hobbit Weed in the above posted Sav Leonardo. Strange day in England today, the sun don't know if it wants to come out, or hide behind hazy clouds. Have a great day my friends.

Gave up trying to sleep, so I'm having a bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching Gunsmoke.
