10 years ago, I tried this tobacco and it was the most vile thing ever to foul my pipe. After reading that Lane Ltd is now producing it, I picked up a pouch with low expectations. Holy shit! This stuff is amazing! This is not even the same tobacco that I tried a few years back.

I agree that Dunhill pipes are not worth their price point. Personally, I stopped buying production pipes and buy only Tinsky pipes now, but that's just my personal preference based upon the way they're engineered, more open draw, etc.

Wife is asleep and it's 4:30ish in the morning. I think I'll load a Tinsky chubby bulldog with some SPC Plum Pudding. She'll wake up to the aroma of burning dog hair.

My grandfather smoked Prince Albert, but all I really remember is the red tub. He would have his pipe rack and tobacco on an end table next to his recliner. He would sit there and watch Gunsmoke episodes and smoke his pipe.

I've talked to a number of people who prefer paper books to electronic devices. That being said, I do not fall into that category. The ability to carry hundreds of books with me and the choice that it brings appeals to me. At times, I even read them on my iPhone 6s Plus. Any other Kindle owners...

P&C has a habit of hyping products that frankly don't deserve the hype. I doubt if it's any better, or even as good as the original version. I think I'll stick with 8 oz. tins of the original.
