I tried this with fvf and escudo at 190 for 5 hours. The results were pretty tasty. Both tins lost their seal and were very dry when they came out of the oven so I had to rehydrate them.
The wife and I would be happy if we had one. But, we don't necessarily want one right now. I'm still too busy being selfish. A kid would take up too much of my pipe money!
I'd like to go. We are planning on going to Richmond and Chattanooga. So another show might be enough bankrupt me. Maybe I can be reasonable with my spending and go to all 3. :)
Sad thing is that these people are about the same age as I am. Such a bad generation to be grouped with. You'd never get a respectable job with something like that all over your face.
I can see collecting things that will be used. If I buy a pipe, I will smoke it regardless of its value or collectibility. I would love to have the dunhill and the ashton. I would enjoy them both the way they were intended to be enjoyed, by smoking them.
Escudo, best brown flake, old dark fired
I've been smoking for about 5 years
Until I started getting on bob, I hadn't experimented a whole lot with tobaccos. So, after reading about it on here I wanted to try it. I'd say about 2 months.
